How we collect, use, and share information when you visit punchlistbyaugie.com or buy from us. Short version: we collect what we need to do the work, we don't sell it, and we don't run ad retargeting.

- What you give us in forms — name, business name, email, phone, website, and the answers you type into the inquiry and audit intake forms.
- Payment information — when you pay, our third-party processor collects your card details directly. We never receive or store your full card number — only a payment confirmation and a transaction reference.
- Access you grant us — if you add us as a viewer to your Google Analytics, Search Console, or Business Profile, we can see that account's data to run your audit. We don't change anything.
- Automatically as you browse — standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device, browser, referring site) via Google Analytics, and basic server logs. Cookies support this.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, deliver what you bought, process your payment, communicate about your project, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information and we do not run advertising retargeting.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the business run, and only what they need: our payment processor (to charge you and prevent fraud), our website host and form provider (to run the site and receive submissions), our internal project tools, and Google Analytics (aggregate usage). Also when required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale of the business. We don't hand your information to anyone for their own marketing.

The site uses cookies for analytics and basic function. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser or any banner we show — it won't break the site.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to run your project and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.
