Refunds & Cancellation

We price in the open and we're straight about the money. Here's exactly how refunds, deposits, and the Care Plan work.

The Audit — $750

Paid in full at purchase. Non-refundable once delivered — you're paying for the thinking, and once it's written it's done. It's credited in full toward any package you buy within 90 days, so if you hire us it effectively costs you nothing. If we haven't started your audit yet and you need to cancel, email us and we'll make it right.

Packages — Refresh, Rebuild, Rebrand, Rollout

Billed 50% deposit at purchase, 50% at delivery.

The deposit is non-refundable — it reserves your place in our schedule and pays for the work that begins immediately.
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is forfeit. If we've done work worth more than the deposit, you're billed the difference for what's completed — and you receive the work you paid for.
If we cancel for any reason other than your breach of the terms, we refund anything you've paid for work not yet performed.
The final 50% is due at delivery, before your site goes live or final files are released.

The Care Plan — $150 / $350 per month

Cancel anytime. Email us and your coverage runs through the end of the month you've already paid for. We won't bill you again. We don't refund the current month, since coverage stays active through it. No long-term contract, no cancellation fee.

How the monthly billing works. The Care Plan renews automatically each month and your card is charged in advance until you cancel. We email a receipt every month. If the price ever changes, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before, and you can cancel first. To cancel, email hello@punchlistbyaugie.com — it's as easy as signing up was. When it ends, hosting, monitoring, backups, and security from us stop; your site and files are yours to move anywhere.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, email us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may pause active work while it's resolved.
